The XC 12 - C1 is the flagship in the French company's portfolio. With a pedal body made of injection-molded carbon and a hollow titanium axle, it leaves no weight weenie cold. The ATAC system works simply and reliably. Clicking in and out is easy even in the most adverse weather conditions. Thanks to the self-cleaning concept, the pedal doesn't get bogged down in mud and sludge. During the pedaling movement, the mechanism is permanently freed from mud via the contact between the cleat and pedal, so that it functions perfectly even in the worst conditions. The enclosed pedal plates allow a release angle of 13° or 17°, depending on how they are attached to the shoes. Cleats with 10° release can be purchased as an option.
