How to Redeem at Checkout

Make sure you're signed in to your CCACHE account so your points are recognised.

Add items to your cart
Shop as normal and proceed to checkout when you're ready.

Open the Rewards panel
Click the Rewards button (smile icon) on the bottom of the page to see your available points and redemption options.

Select a reward
Choose how many points to redeem. A unique discount code will be generated for you automatically.

Apply at checkout
The discount code is automatically applied — or paste it into the discount field at checkout.
Check Your Points Balance
Log in to your account to see your current points balance, transaction history, and available rewards at any time.

Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Making a purchase or earning points resets the expiry clock.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes — points are earned on the amount you pay, so you'll still earn points on discounted items.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed.
Can I use points with other discount codes?
Reward discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes at checkout.
I placed an order but my points haven't appeared yet — why?
Points are added after your order is fulfilled, not when it's placed. Allow 24–48 hours after fulfilment for points to appear in your account.
