Bicycle Mechanic - Casual

CCACHE is looking for a bicycle mechanic to start immediately. This is a casual role at both our Sydney CBD and Marrickville store.

Responsibilities :

• Repair, maintain and build bikes to an extremely high level
• Working with sales team to order-in parts for custom builds
• Provide product knowledge and advice whilst remaining brand agnostic
• Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers
• Assisting with email and phone enquiries

Qualifications :

• Attention to detail
• Experience with Shopify or retail pos systems
• Fast learner and ability to challenge the status quo
• Practice what you preach ie you are a cyclist/runner/active

• Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers
• Packing and shipping customer orders
• Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness of the retail store
• Assisting with email and phone enquiries
• Assisting mechanic with light workshop duties

CCACHE is looking for a shipping associate to start immediately. This is a casual role at our Marrickville warehouse. Hours are flexible.

Responsibilities :

• Packing and shipping customer orders with a high level of accuracy

CCACHE is looking for a marketing assistant to start with negotiable timeframe. This is a full time role at our Marrickville location.

Responsibilities :

• Maintaining and managing our social channels
• Crafting meaningful and value added EDM's
• Input into visual branding and overall identity
• Ad spend strategy including both meta + google
• Assisting product team with photo work
• Work closely with product team to structure a marketing calendar of campaigns

Qualifications :

• Attention to detail
• Experience with all social platforms vital including FB/IG/X/Reddit with lower priority on LRB.
• Design background
• Experience running marketing campaigns with budgets of 150k+
• Experience in EDM creation
