What You’ll Do

• Assemble and prepare new bikes to a high standard, including road, gravel, and e-bikes
  
• Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of brands and components
  
• Ensure workshop jobs are completed accurately and within expected timeframes
  
• Communicate clearly with retail staff regarding job status, technical findings, and recommendations
  
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  
• Uphold CCACHE’s standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  

You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of industry experience as a workshop mechanic in a similar retail environment
  
• Strong technical knowledge across modern drivetrains, hydraulics, electronic shifting, and integrated cockpits
  
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work
  
• Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple jobs in a high-volume workshop
  
• A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine passion for cycling
