RETAIL SERVICE & WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - CASUAL (FULL-TIME PATHWAY)
Location: Marrickville/Collingwood
Type: Casual with full-time option pathway
Ccache is Australia’s leading destination for performance cycling gear — where world-class brands meet genuine rider support. We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our team in a hybrid Retail Service + Warehouse role.
This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping customers and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional customer service, in person, via phone, and over email
• Assist with order fulfilment, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Support stock management, including cycle counts and incoming deliveries
• Maintain tidy and organised retail and warehouse spaces
• Collaborate with the retail and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running
You’ll Bring
• A strong customer-first mindset and clear communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask across retail and logistics tasks
• Basic computer literacy, experience with Shopify, POS, or inventory systems a plus
• A can-do attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for all things cycling (bonus points if you ride!)

WORKSHOP MECHANIC - PART-TIME (FULL-TIME PATHWAY)
Location: Sydney CBD
Type: Part-Time with full-time pathway
CCACHE is Australia’s leading destination for performance cycling gear — where world-class brands meet genuine rider support. We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Mechanic to join our team at our Sydney CBD location.
This position suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong technical knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment. The role will initially be part-time, with a pathway to transition into full-time for the right person.
What You’ll Do
• Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance across road, gravel, MTB and e-bike platforms
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or servicing
• Build and assemble new bikes to a high standard
• Complete drivetrain, braking, bearing and suspension-related servicing
• Set up and service hydraulic braking systems and electronic drivetrains
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure every bike leaves the workshop safe, correctly adjusted and ready to ride
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop
• Work closely with the retail and customer experience teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of professional bicycle workshop experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience working across road, gravel, MTB and e-bike platforms
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
• High standards of workmanship and a pride in doing things properly
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset
• A reliable, organised and positive approach to work
