CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER - FULLTIME

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll assist with customer enquiries, support our fulfilment team with online orders, and help ensure every customer receives an exceptional CCACHE experience. Hours will vary based on business needs, with opportunities for additional shifts during busy periods.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store, over the phone and via email
- Assist customers with product enquiries, order updates and general support
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately for daily dispatch
- Prepare shipping labels and courier documentation
- Assist with receiving and organising incoming stock
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail and warehouse environment
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer enquiries and orders are completed efficiently
- Meet daily fulfilment and customer service expectations
- Help our customers quote up their dream bikes and facilitate for the transaction using our sales pipeline tool

- Comfortable lifting and moving larger items, including bicycles, when required

RETAIL SERVICE & WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - CASUAL

This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping customers and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional customer service, in person, via phone, and over email
• Assist with order fulfilment, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Support stock management, including cycle counts and incoming deliveries
• Maintain tidy and organised retail and warehouse spaces
• Collaborate with the retail and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running
You’ll Bring
• A strong customer-first mindset and clear communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask across retail and logistics tasks
• Basic computer literacy, experience with Shopify, POS, or inventory systems a plus
• A can-do attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for all things cycling (bonus points if you ride!)
