What You’ll Do
- Assemble and prepare new bikes to an exceptional standard, including high-end road, gravel, and custom builds
- Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of modern bike technologies
- Work across premium components including electronic shifting systems, hydraulic braking, and integrated cockpit setups
- Ensure all workshop jobs are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Communicate clearly with the retail/management team on job progress, technical insights, and service recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment
- Uphold CCACHE's standards for quality, detail, and customer experience
You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a workshop mechanic in a high-end or performance-focused retail environment
- Strong technical knowledge across modern drivetrains, hydraulics, electronic groupsets, and integrated systems, e-bikes
- Experience working with premium brands and custom builds is highly regarded
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple jobs in a busy workshop

WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME

CCACHE is Australia’s leading destination for performance cycling gear — where world-class brands meet genuine rider support. We’re looking for a warehouse and shipping assistant to work out of our Marrickville Sydney location in a full-time capacity.
This role focuses on preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring riders receive their gear quickly and in perfect condition.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders for daily dispatch
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Organise and pack bikes, components, and apparel safely for courier transport where applicable
- Assist with incoming stock and warehouse organisation
- Maintain a clean and efficient packing area
- Work with the team to ensure orders are dispatched quickly and accurately
- Work within KPI of packages needing to be sent everyday to ensure our fulfilment speed is met or exceeded

This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping customers and operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional customer service, in person, via phone, and over email
• Assist with order fulfilment, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Support stock management, including cycle counts and incoming deliveries
• Maintain tidy and organised retail and warehouse spaces
• Collaborate with the retail and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running
You’ll Bring
• A strong customer-first mindset and clear communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask across retail and logistics tasks
• Basic computer literacy, experience with Shopify, POS, or inventory systems a plus
