We’ll professionally prepare, photograph, display and securely store your bike, allowing you to sell with minimal effort and the best chance of achieving its true market value.

How it works

1. Submit your bike using the form below, including as much detail as possible.
2. We’ll review your submission and contact you with the next steps, including an estimated selling price.
3. Bring your bike into one of our stores. We’ll inspect it, carry out any required servicing (if applicable), professionally photograph it, list it for sale and display it in-store until sold or until you decide to collect it.
4. Once your bike is sold, we’ll contact you to confirm the sale and arrange final payment.
5. Receive your funds via direct bank transfer, or choose to use the proceeds towards your next purchase with CCACHE.
6. If your bike requires servicing to bring it to a saleable condition, any servicing costs will be discussed with you and deducted from the final sale proceeds.
7. Our consignment fee is 10% of the final sale price for bikes sold under $5,000, or 7.5% for bikes sold for $5,000 or more.
8. Consignment Terms: The sale agreement is ultimately between you (the seller) and the purchaser. You are responsible for accurately disclosing any damage, defects or previous repairs to the bike. Failure to disclose known issues may constitute misrepresentation or fraud. While CCACHE facilitates the sale and presents the bike professionally, any post-sale claims relating to undisclosed defects remain the responsibility of the seller.
