Shipping (with Australia)

The most common question we receive from customers is... How long does my order take from when I place it online to receiving the delivery?

In general, every single order will go through the following 2 steps prior to you receiving your order:

Step 1: Order Processing & Stock Availability

Stock Availability Guide:

  • Online: Stock is available at one of our locations and ready to be shipped.
  • Marrickville, Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD: Stock is available for pickup or shipping from the respective location.
  • Supplier Warehouse: These items are ordered from our supplier and may take up to 7 business days to arrive at our facility before being shipped.

Order Processing Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1–4 Business Days
  • Orders are not picked or shipped on weekends.
  • Monday orders include those placed from Friday to Monday.
  • Tuesday–Friday orders are generally processed within 24 hours.

Pickup Orders:

Processed first each day, and you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Split Shipments:

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will hold it until all items from different locations or the supplier warehouse are available for dispatch.

Unavailable Items:

If any items are unavailable during picking, our warehouse team will contact you via SMS to discuss a replacement or refund option.

Step 2: Order Delivery Time

Please note, all delivery times below excludes our order processing times ie. these times come in effect once we despatch from our warehouse.

The length of the delivery time will depend on your delivery address/final destination, and the type of delivery service you choose.
Currently, our delivery partners are as below:

Standard Delivery (Australia Post)

  • eParcel generally takes 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on the final destination. (Please allow extra days for remote/regional areas)
  • We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Australia Post.
  • All PO Box deliveries have a weight limit of 22kg per parcel/box. Some Post Offices may also have box size limitations.
  • Register a MyPost account for notification and other delivery options

Express Delivery (Australia Post)

  • Express Post generally takes 1-2 business days to be delivered depending on the final destination. (Please allow extra days for remote/regional areas)
  • We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Australia Post.
  • All PO Box deliveries have a weight limit of 22kg per parcel/box. Some Post Offices may also have box size limitations.
  • Register a MyPost account for notification and other delivery options

Startrack Delivery

  • Startrack DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS
  • Sydney Metro, Newcastle, Wollongong are delivered usually the next business day 
  • Brisbane, Melbourne: delivered usually the next business day
  • Rest of NSW and other Interstate cities: 1-4 Business Days
  • WA, FNQ, NT & TAS: 3-5 Business Days
  • Allow extra days for remote/regional areas

Our shipping terms are currently

  • Standard $9.99 freight on orders under $99
  • Free freight on orders over $99 (excludes bulky items)
  • Express Post Upgrade option ($9.99) on orders that meet the free freight threshold. Please note that this is an upgraded AusPost service, and standard handling times apply.
  • Bulky items include floor pumps, travel cases, roof racks, trainers, wheelsets, framesets and bikes. These larger items will attract a freight fee between $20 to $100 depending on shipping location within Australia. 

Please be aware that for orders under $99, if items are shipped from multiple locations, a standard freight charge will apply to each location.

Also please note we will hold orders for consolidated shipment if products are coming from multiple locations (eg: Supplier Warehouse).

Shipping (International)

For international orders (shipped outside Australia) we will be using DHL Express (for frameset/wheelset purchases) and EMS Express for all other international shipments.

For international orders, shipping costs will differ depending on which zone your country falls under, and also the total weight of your order. Just proceed through checkout and the cart will automatically add postage. International lead-times can vary depending on your delivery location. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your delivery outside Australia.

Please note, our shipping costs do not include any overseas import duties, taxes or tariffs, and these will be payable by the customer. Please check with your country's rules regarding import taxes and customs duties - these will vary from country to country. Generally, your package might be held up by customs until you pay the relevant import tax and associated handling fees - please consider this at time of purchase. 

Returns

For all returns or exchanges, please contact us on sales@ccache.cc

If you change of mind about your CCACHE purchase, we will gladly offer to exchange any unwanted item(s) within 7 days of the order delivered date, as long as the item is in new & un-used condition, and in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item after the 7-day grace period, a 15% restocking fee will also apply, as well as additional fees for original postage recovery and handling. Returned items must be in their original intact packaging, in re-saleable condition. 

All return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer - unless the product is deemed to be faulty. Postage insurance is highly recommended as we cannot accept any responsibility for missing parcels lost in transit.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note on sale items marked as "Final sale" we will not be accepting returns on these items, including incorrect choice in sizing. Please refer to the ACCC website regarding this policy under - occasions when consumers aren't entitled to a repair, replacement or refundFinal sale items do not fall under our change of mind policy. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fees
Normal items returned after the grace period will attract a 15% restocking fee. Some of the products listed on CCACHE have to be ordered in or custom manufactured. In these instances - we will need to charge up to 25% for the restocking fee (for any customer-requested order cancellations), as we need to absorb the item into our inventory. 

Handling Fees
Due to the volume of return requests, we need to scrutinize each item that comes back, to ensure the packaging is in resaleable condition and the item itself has not been swapped out or tampered with. Unfortunately this is all additional labour and we will need to charge a small fee per item after the grace period.
