Total Control: The new FlexPoint Pro suspension delivers 120mm of smooth, active rear travel paired with a 120mm fork, helping you fly down rough descents and power up technical climbs. A flip chip lets you fine-tune handling for all types of XC terrain. The superlight CADEX Max XC WheelSystem with Wide Guard rim technology and robust 5mm-thick sidewalls allows lower tyre pressures for greater control and puncture protection.
Low-Latency Speed Concept: A fully reengineered composite frameset is 89g lighter with an 8.64% greater stiffness-to-weight ratio to help you power up climbs and make every watt count. The WheelSystem and integrated handlebar/stem unit are designed for maximum efficiency and instantaneous response to rider input. The rear shock is repositioned and semi-integrated with the top tube, shaving weight and creating space for a second water bottle cage.
System Integration: The Contact SLR XC integrated composite handlebar/stem unit adds compliance to reduce shocks and vibrations, giving you better control and hand comfort. Its geometry is optimised for XC racing with a -8° stem angle, 9° back-sweep, and 2° up-sweep. It features clean cable routing and versatile sizing with multiple stem length options ranging from 60–80mm.
