The cable is a 1.6mm stainless steel cable and there is a 5mm compression free reinforced housing with a lubricated liner. This ensures continued smooth brake feel. Replacement of inner cables is one of the cheapest and easiest way to get your bike feeling like new. The cables are for MTB and are disk compatible.
