Ortlieb’s waterproof accessory pack is designed to connect to the handlebar pack, or to be used independently as a small handlebar bag. It can be fixed to pretty much any handlebar setup using the reinforced velcro straps, and includes loops to enable secure connection to the front of the Ortlieb Handlebar Pack too for stowing regularly used or valuable items on the road.
