MÃÄD is a research and craft studio, committed to creating 100% plant-dyed, organic, honest, healthy and durable clothing and accessories, made with pure natural fibres, without using toxic chemicals or hazardous substances throughout the production process.

The majority of the dyes are obtained from a use post consumer vegetable waste, the other comes local whole plants (not extracts) plants, natural organic pigments soil and minerals no toxic metals.

Every individual plant and minerals imparts a unique unrepeatable color depending on the soil, sun, rain, harvest time, water quality temperature involved in growing processing.  

Note: Each piece is a unique, one-off item, due to the handmade nature of the production process.

Specifications

• Fabric: 100 % extrafine merino wool spun in Germany, made Czech Republic.
• The wool comes from Australia is mulesing free and Oeko tex certified. 
• Thread: cotton and made in Spain.
• Dyeing: natural hand dyed by me with local leaves, barks, roots, flowers, licheni, fungi and no toxic pigments minerals.
• Garment cut and sewn in Barcelona, Spain. 
• The entire production cycle follows a circular, transparent and ethical model, which respects nature the people involved.
• Washed with eco soap plus Effective Microorganism and Ceramic Em.
