Created through the CCACHE x Carbon Speed partnership, the 53/53 GR Edition is a high-performance wheelset built around a deep aero profile and modern wide-rim geometry. Finished with Sapim CX-Ray steel spokes, it combines low weight, aerodynamic efficiency, and the stiffness required for hard riding across road, gravel, and everything in between. The co-branded “double label” logo features in gloss white.

The 53/53 GR Edition takes Carbon Speed’s performance platform and pushes it toward a more aggressive, modern setup. With a consistent 53mm rim depth front and rear, the wheelset delivers a strong balance of aerodynamic efficiency and handling stability, while the wider profile gives larger tyres a more supportive and composed footprint.

At 32mm internal and 41mm external, the rim is designed around contemporary high-volume tyres, providing excellent sidewall support and a stable contact patch without compromising the aerodynamic benefits of the deep-section profile. The result is a wheelset that feels fast on the road but remains equally at home on rougher surfaces and high-speed gravel.

Sapim CX-Ray steel spokes provide an exceptional combination of strength, fatigue resistance, and low weight. Paired with Carbon Speed hubs, the build delivers a responsive, laterally stiff feel while retaining the durability expected from a wheelset designed for serious mileage.

The 53mm depth gives the GR Edition a distinctly aero character without becoming excessively specialised.
