RETAIL ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

Job brief

As a Retail Assitant, you will be the very conduit to our customers. Working as a part of an energetic team, the role of our Retail Assistant is to achieve maximum sales whilst maintaining excellent customer service. The Retail Assistant is responsible for all aspects of general shop upkeep and stock merchandising whilst championing and promoting the values of CCACHE.

Responsibilities

  1. Growing and maintaining personable relationships with customers and ensure a high level in-store experience
  2. Keep store merchandised at all times with a focus on presenting CCACHE's unique product portfolio
  3. Key understanding of the products we carry and the individual merits of each brand
  4. Work with our inventory team to highlight out of stock products so stock can be maintained optimally
  5. General store maintance
  6. Assist with inventory count/stocktake

Requirements

  1. Previous retail experience essential
  2. Experience with POS systems and payment platforms valued (training also provided)
  3. Experience with microsoft excel + shopify a major plus
  4. Passion for all things sports/performance sports. You love to sweat and setting yourself goals
  5. Available to work weekends if required
  6. Fast learner and ability to adapt
  7. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

BUYER / PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Job brief

As a Buyer / Product Specialist, you will be involved in shaping the very essence of CCACHE. Products are a key aspect of any retailer but especially important at CCACHE. We are known for our high-low curation that not only serve to satisfy our customers needs but also to inspire. Work with over 200+ industry leading brands selecting the best and latest products and curating it to a pallet-able form factor that our customers have come to love and expect of us. You will be creatively and analytically challenged whilst staying absolutely customer-focused. You will have ability to introduce new brands and categories of products within CCACHE all in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Replenishing out of stock/low stock products whilst maintaining cash flow
  2. Introducing new products within the 200+ brands we already work with by further curating products from respective catalogues
  3. Run stock movement reports weekly to identify slow moving SKU's and formulate plan to clear accordingly
  4. Price comparison checks regularly with both AU and INT competitors to achieve ideal "parity"
  5. Hold key relationships with brands / reps to further add value to our strategic partnership whether it be additional discounts/rebates/specials/favourable stock rotation
  6. Support our customer service team with any technical knowledge required on the products/brands they manage
  7. Work with accounting/purchasing to ensure all orders are paid on time and with favourable terms

Requirements

  1. Previous buying/product management experience in a retail/e-com environment essential
  2. Advanced excel skills/data analytics to formulate meaningful reports
  3. Proven results in being able to successfully predict where the market is moving towards
  4. Passion for all things sports/performance sports. You love to sweat and setting yourself goals
  5. You love fast paced environments that challenges everyday whilst allowing you to express your creativity
  6. Relationship building skills are a massive plus
  7. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  8. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
